2. Speakers’ Sessions Brought a Renewed Sense of Inspiration and Insights
Follow Your Dreams
On day one, Diljeet Taylor, head coach of Women's Cross Country at BYU, compelled attendees to take charge of their circumstances and create positive change around them, something she’s lived by throughout her life.
Despite being told to follow the traditional path set by her Indian family, Diljeet pursued her passion for running, defying the odds to become successful.
During her empowering keynote address, she encouraged individuals to be the catalyst for change in their environment, much like how a coffee bean transforms the boiling water around it.
Mundanity of Excellence
Consistent competence brings eventual excellence. That’s the motto that U.S. Olympian Clayton Young lives by and hopes resonated with the audience.
When he took the stage, Clayton brought attendees through his journey in becoming a top 10 marathon runner at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Clayton shared that greatness isn’t just about big, flashy achievements. Instead, he believes it often comes from performing repetitive, sometimes mundane tasks over and over again.
His advice for the audience? Consider how their routine tasks in their practice, when done consistently, can lead to excellence in their careers.
3. Utilization of Dental Intelligence Tools Brings Success
On top of featuring outstanding speakers and classes, Intellicon24 was also packed with countless opportunities for practices to learn how to seamlessly adopt Dental Intelligence and get the most out of their software to reach their goals faster.
Jill Nesbitt, founder of Optimize Dental Consulting, shared that in her breakout session attendees agreed that software adoption requires a thorough plan led by a dedicated project manager. They also found it’s crucial for the team to be on board and understand the software’s purpose.
Additionally, there was plenty of one-on-one support, giving everyone personalized training to really dive into how to maximize the benefits of Dental Intelligence. DI experts made sure users walked away feeling confident and ready to put what they learned into action.
4. Together We Can Build a Great Industry
At the first in-person Customer Advisory Board meeting, attendees and the DI product team came together to share their feedback and gain valuable insights. It was a unique opportunity to collaborate and swap ideas on the future of DI as a community.
With top industry-leading dental professionals in attendance, participants learned how they too can transform their practices by embracing technology and becoming power users of Dental Intelligence.
