Quick Fill works while you don’t. It reads your upcoming schedule, finds the openings (or likely openings) that cost you production, and books them with the patients most likely to say yes and show up. You set the guardrails once. It runs from there.

When a cancellation lands, you’ll see a list of people who can potentially fill that timeslot. Then, from LiveOps®, you can offer the slot to whomever you want. Just pick one (or fifteen), and the invite goes out on its own.

The patient taps, confirms, and the appointment drops onto your schedule in DI and your PMS. No calls or re-typing required.

You decide how the offer travels:

First come, first served.

Send the invite to everyone you select at once – the fastest patient to claim it wins the slot. (And every other patient is given the chance to look at your other openings.) This is great for same-day or next day openings.

One every 30 minutes.

Give your best-fit patient the right of first refusal, then let the offer roll to the next patient every half-hour until it’s booked.

Quick Fill reads your schedule and patient’s history and ranks patients based on who’s most likely to accept AND keep their appointment.

Likelihood to accept an appointment:

Quick Fill weighs how patients have responded before — invites taken, proposals accepted, outstanding balances, time since their last visit — and displays the ideal patient for your schedule. The strongest candidates hear from you first.

Likelihood to keep their appointment:

Just accepting isn’t enough. Patient Scoring reads confirmation and appointment completion histories to flag which patients are the most solid and which might wobble, so you can shore up the shaky ones early.
